CHANGING OUR PERSPECTIVE ON WELLBEING

Most wellbeing approaches offer prescriptive solutions: eat this, move like that, think positively. But you're not a problem to be solved with a universal formula. You're a complex, evolving person navigating a complex, evolving world.

My approach to wellbeing recognises that your body, mind, emotions, and spirit don't operate in isolation. They're intimately connected, constantly in conversation with each other and with the world around you. True wellbeing isn't about fixing what's "broken" – it's about understanding the deeper patterns at play and discovering what your whole self is trying to tell you.

ABOUT JENNA

With 15 years of experience spanning corporate wellness programs and private practice, I bring a unique integration of scientific understanding and holistic wisdom to my work. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Reflexologist, and Death Doula & Grief Work Specialist, I've spent years learning how to support people through all kinds of transitions – from the everyday to the profound.

My academic background includes an MSc in Narrative Futures, a BSc in Business Leadership, and an AS in Sport & Exercise Studies, with emphasis on the intersection of change leadership, organisational development, and wellbeing. This foundation shapes how I understand transformation: not as a linear process to be managed, but as a deeply personal story that unfolds when we create the right conditions for growth.

I combine practical nutrition education, stress management, mindful movement, and self-care practices in a trauma-informed, inclusive way to create transformative learning experiences that extend beyond theory into sustainable lifestyle habits. While I've worked with particular emphasis on women's health across all life stages, and trans & gender diverse health, I welcome all people navigating their unique nutritional and wellbeing needs – empowering you to move through life's transitions with knowledge, vitality, and self-compassion.

This breadth of experience – from working within organisations to intimate one-on-one practice – has taught me that real change happens when we honour both the complexity of our lives and the wisdom already present within us.

  • YOUR WELLBEING YOUR WAY

  • There is no perfect diet, ideal morning routine, or universal wellness protocol that will work for everyone.

  • What nourishes one person depletes another. What grounds you might unsettle someone else.

  • My work is about helping you become fluent in your own inner language so you can make choices that serve your unique constitution, circumstances, and aspirations.

  • Together, we explore:

  • Nutrition that honours your body's needs

    – including 'free from' and special dietary requirements – while also considering your relationship with food, your cultural food stories, and what truly nourishes you beyond nutrients alone.

  • Movement and somatic practices

that help you inhabit your body more fully, release stored tension, and cultivate presence rather than just burning calories or achieving fitness goals.

  • Nervous system regulation

through mindfulness, breathwork, and embodied practices that help you respond to life's challenges with more resilience and less reactivity.

  • Root cause exploration

that looks beyond symptoms to the emotional, relational, environmental, and spiritual factors influencing your wellbeing.

  • Sustainable lifestyle design

that acknowledges your real life – your responsibilities, constraints, and desires – rather than imposing unrealistic ideals.

  • I create tailored wellness experiences for groups who want something more meaningful than typical offerings. This might be a weekend retreat, a special celebration, a half-day workshop exploring food and emotional wellbeing, or an intimate circle of friends meeting weekly or monthly for ongoing support.

Small groups often find that learning together creates powerful accountability and deeper transformation than working alone because you’re not just getting health guidance, you’re building a community of care.

Whether you’re curious about somatic practices, nutrition and lifestyle change, or navigating transitions together, we’ll design sessions that blend practical tools with meaningful conversation. Let’s talk about what would serve your group most.

  • I work with organisations of all sizes to create wellness programs that actually address what your people are experiencing, not just another generic lunch-and-learn.

Drawing on 15 years of corporate wellness experience and expertise in organisational development, I design programs that meet teams where they are: navigating change, managing chronic stress, or seeking more sustainable ways of working.

Offerings range from one-off workshops on topics like nervous system regulation, burnout prevention, or nourishing nutrition habits, to ongoing programming that supports culture change and employee wellbeing over time. These aren’t performative wellness initiatives, they’re grounded, practical, and designed to create real shifts in how people relate to their work and themselves.
